TalentDrive Pulls Together Online Resumes for Hiring Recruiters

TalentDrive has extended its online resume screening and
sourcing product to recruiters and hiring managers.

According to a press release from the company, the product will allow the recruiters and hiring managers at companies to access resumes from more than 40,000 Web-based locations, which include niche job boards, local community Web sites, social networking sites, university Web sites, etc.
Qualified resumes are then pulled through a filter where the resumes are scored through a set of algorithms. From there U.S.-based industry experts review each resume, selecting the right individuals who match specific standards and qualifications to provide a pipeline of the most qualified talent.
The resumes that the experts review are limited to the sales, manufacturing and distribution, information technology, finance/accounting and research & development/engineering sectors.
