The answer is Africa.
And some bonus trivia: While some sources say Istanbul, Turkey, is the only city that exists in two different continents, World Atlas says there are five. They are Istanbul; Suez, Egypt; Magnitogorsk, Russia; Orenburg, Russia; and Atyrau, Kazakhstan.
