INTAC Acquires Pension Engineers
November 3, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.COM) - INTAC Actuarial Services announces the acquisition of Pension Engineers.
Reported by Tara Cantore
Pension Engineers is a privately held, third party pension administration company based in Huntington Beach, California.
“Our Huntington Beach Office now joins our two New Jersey Offices, which helps to strengthen our consistent growth that we have been experiencing over the last several years,” said Charles Rosenberg, INTAC Vice President, in a press release. The firm plans to replicate its New York tri-state area business model by delivering pension consulting services and solutions to its West Coast clients.
“This acquisition combines two deep-rooted and respected firms, and also helps INTAC bring our expertise to new areas of the country,” added Rosenberg.
