    Lindsay brought her creativity and passion for health and wellness to Bread Financial in May of 2013 and was charged with building a wellness culture from the ground up. The result was LivingWell, an award-winning program that encompasses an array of holistic well-being programs and initiatives offered to the organization’s 7,000 associates across the U.S., as well as its office in Bangalore, India. Along the way, Lindsay helped the organization evolve to a point where wellness programs are offered on paid time in its call centers, and innovative practices such as “mindful moments,” financial wellness education, and movement challenges are the norm. Through a mixture of strategic partnerships and internal programming, LivingWell aims to positively impact the lives of Bread Financial associates and their families by providing simple, inclusive, no-cost solutions under the pillars of Self-Care, Emotional Wellness, Financial Confidence, and Life Events.
    Lindsay received her bachelor’s degree from Kenyon College and her master’s degree in Health & Exercise Science from The Ohio State University. She recently completed her quest to run a marathon on every continent – including Antarctica!

    Ms. Fry is Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of NACCO Industries, Inc. and its subsidiary, NACCO Natural Resources Corporation. She joined NACCO and North American Coal in May 2017. She oversees the compliance of the company’s executive compensation arrangements and employee benefits plans. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Fry was in private practice and advised various companies on employee benefits plans and executive compensation matters.

    Ms. Fry received a Bachelor of Science in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida, a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida, a Juris Doctor from American University, Washington College of Law, and a Master of Laws in Taxation, with a Certificate in Employee Benefits Law, from Georgetown University Law Center. She is admitted to practice law in Texas, New York, and Massachusetts.

    Ken’s journey with RTX began after spending a decade as a consulting actuary with Coopers & Lybrand and Mercer in the mid-80’s and early-90’s, when he took an “in-house” actuarial position in 1996 in Charlotte, NC, with a mid-sized manufacturing firm called Coltec Industries. Through various rebrandings, acquisitions and mergers, he ended up in the RTX Total Rewards Group.
    Ken moved into RTX’s Pension Investments group in July 2022.  His primary responsibility is overseeing the investment lineup, including professionally managed options, of the $52 billion RTX Savings Plan. Ken is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and has held the designations of Enrolled Actuary (EA) and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA). He is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a BA in Economics.

    Rebecca Moore is managing editor, special content, ISS Media. She previously spent 16 years as managing editor, digital, for PLANSPONSOR, an ISS Media brand. Rebecca has 31 years of experience in the retirement industry, starting as a recordkeeper in Wachovia Bank’s (now Wells Fargo) employee benefits division in 1991. She also led the nonqualified plan recordkeeping team at Wachovia Bank. Prior to joining PLANSPONSOR in 2005, she was a relationship manager at third-party administrator (TPA) Amvescap (which is now a part of MassMutual). Rebecca has a bachelor of science (BS) degree in mathematics from Elon University and a master of arts (MA) degree in mathematics from Wake Forest University. Following completion of her MA degree, she worked for three semesters as a math instructor at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.
