Trivial Pursuits: Did the Lone Ranger’s Nephew Have a Horse?
Reported by Nevin E. Adams
But was there such an animal? And, if so, was she right?
Answer:
Turns out Mrs. Parker’s memory is correct. The Lone Ranger’s nephew, Dan Reid, rode a horse named “Victor”.
A horse, it should be noted, that had another familial connection; Victor was the son of the Lone Ranger’s horse, Silver.
