ExcellerateHRO Snags BoA's Benefits Admin in Canada, Ireland

December 7, 2006 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Bank of America signed a five-year deal to outsource its benefits administration services operation in the UK, Ireland and Canada to ExcellerateHRO.

The fledgling company ExcellerateHRO had already gained Bank of America’s UK business, but has now expanded that contract and added services for associates in Ireland and Canada, according to a press release from ExcellerateHRO.

Fidelity already handles the financial services giant’s benefits business in the US (See Bank of America, Fidelity Ink Outsourcing Deal ).

The latest agreement will bring the number of employees to whom benefits plan services will be delivered to more than 10,000 in those three countries.
