DIA to Offer Improved RK System

October 5, 2004 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Diversified Investment Advisors (DIA) has announced the introduction of a new participant account statement system for its retirement plans.

The new statements will provide what the company claims is a greater degree of customization and flexibility. DIA has integrated ExStream software into its current system in hopes of creating account statements that are shorter and easier to understand.

More specifically, the new program includes expanded messaging capabilities, glossary help, and investor support that provides easy communication between advisors and participants. DIA has also made stylistic and presentational changes to the program.

DIA also has replaced its five-class approach to asset allocation with a three-class approach, hoping to make it more accessible to plan sponsors and participants. Specifically, the three-class approach divides assets into bonds, stocks, and Multi-Asset Other.

DIA ( www.divinvest.com ), based in Purchase, New York, is a national investment advisory firm specializing in retirement plans, and services over $58 billion in retirement plan assets.
