communication platform 4myBenefits, Inc and CobraGuard, Inc
have formed a strategic partnership.

Under terms of the agreement, 4myBenefits.com will provide an interface in the administrator menu of its Web portal providing employers an option to outsource their COBRA obligation, according to a news release.
Headquartered in Cincinnati, 4myBenefits provides online benefits communication services for small tolarge employers. This is facilitated though a single URL for employees to locate company-specific benefits plan information, links to providers, financial planners and their own retirement plan information.
