New Program Teaches Biz Ethics

program unveiled by a Des Moines, Iowa company covers the
always sticky topic of business ethics.

The Vision Point Productions video course, A.C.T. with Integrity: Real Situations for Discussion, provides business ethics information as well as background on employment law.
Additionally, the video features twelve case studies for discussion. One example is a possible conflict of interest; another is a request from a fellow employee to destroy documents in violation of company policy.
After each scenario, the video pauses to allow the instructor to guide employees through an analysis of the issues. The program also includes an instructor’s guide, participant materials and a self-study workbook.
