US Markets to Reopen Monday

September 13, 2001(PLANSPONSOR.com) - US markets will remain closed Friday for the fourth consecutive day, NYSE Chairman Richard Grasso announced at a press conference.

The exchanges plan to reopen on Monday at 9.30am, giving securities firms more time to ensure that their systems are up and running. Many of these firms will test their systems on Saturday.
