Trading Firm Acquires Institutional Team form Kellogg Group
January 26, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Direct Access Partners, LLC, a trading partner to pension funds, mutual funds, hedge funds, and RIAs, announced the acquisition of the institutional trading team from Kellogg Partners.

The U.S. equity trading team is led by Kevin Butler and averages over 17 years experience. The group will join the New York office effective immediately.
According to the announcement, Butler has over 20 years trading experience including senior leadership roles at Kellogg Institutional Services. He led the trading desk at Fleet Trading and was a Managing Director at Spear, Leeds & Kellogg.
