Lincoln Announces New Head of Product for DC and Executive Benefits
In this role, King will be responsible for defined contribution and executive benefit product management, product development and pricing, product profitability management, and enterprise-wide funds management, according to the announcement. She is based in Philadelphia and will report to Wes Thompson, president of Lincoln Employer Markets.
King comes to Lincoln from Towers Perrin where she was a Principal. Her key roles included Client Relationship Manager for a number of key clients in the Philadelphia Consulting Office and participation in the Mid Atlantic Sales Council. During her time at Towers Perrin, she was also Lead Retirement Consultant/Actuary for a number of larger clients with respect to design strategies, funding policies, accounting requirements for pension plans, retiree welfare plans, and executive retirement plans.
King is a subject matter expert in the retirement industry specializing in pension, defined contribution, and retiree medical plans for qualified and non-qualified arrangements, the announcement said.
Lincoln Employer Markets, a division of Lincoln Financial Group, is focused on addressing the retirement income security needs of employers and their employees through retirement plans, group insurance, and executive benefits.
