Smith Barney Launches Plan Report Card
September 8, 2008 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Smith Barney
has launched the Plan Performance Report Card, a new tool
that illustrates a plan's relative success and
improvement.
Reported by Nevin E. Adams
According to the firm, this tool will generate a one-page summary showing changes in participation rates, deferral rates and asset diversification along with industry benchmarks.
It also enables plan sponsors to identify specific strategies that have had a positive impact as well as areas that need improvement. The firm says that the Plan Performance Report Card helps plan sponsors focus on the key measures of plan success and provides another way to evaluate the effectiveness of their service providers.
