Aon Consulting Names Kathryn Hayley To CEO Post
April 19, 2006 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Human capital and
management consultant, Aon Corporation has named Kathryn
Hayley, formerly of Deloitte Consulting, as CEO for its U.S.
operations.

“Kathryn has a significant amount of experience in leading multi-continent and multi-million dollar projects during her career, which will be a tremendous asset to us as we continue to grow,” said Mike Gulotta, chairman of Aon. “She is the ideal person for this position, and we’re delighted to work with her as we strive to create an even stronger Aon Consulting for our clients.”
When she gets her post later this Spring, Hayley will report directly to Andrew Appel, chief executive officer of Aon Consulting Worldwide, according to a press release.
Hayley has been with Deloitte Consulting LLP since
1984, most recently as managing director of the firm’s
Midwest operations. She is also a member of the Deloitte
& Touche US Board of Directors, and has held
positions in Deloitte’s operations in India, and the
financial services practice in the Americas.
She earned a bachelor of science degree in applied
computer science from Illinois State University, and an
MBA in finance and marketing from Northwestern
University’s Kellogg School of Management.
