Rayner to Head Pryor Cashman ERISA Practice
The appointment of Rayner, formerly with Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, is effective September 20, 2010, Pryor Cashman announced.
Rayner’s practice encompasses all aspects of executive compensation, employment and severance arrangements, pension plan investments and employee benefits. He has extensive experience negotiating, designing and implementing employment agreements and severance agreements for CEOs, chairpersons and senior executives of public and private corporations, both domestic and foreign, according to the firm.
Rayner received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1995; his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1991; and his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Columbia University in 1988.
