PurinaCare Expands Pet Health Insurance Offering

January 27, 2010 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - PurinaCare has launched its Group Benefits Department.

A news release said the company is now offering employers and associations group discounts for providing their employees and members with a turnkey solution for insuring pets. The group plan offers a discount on premiums to employees and affiliate groups with a minimum of 100 employees or members.

PurinaCare said that during a testing phase, it received several requests from large corporations to offer PurinaCare Pet Health Insurance as an employee benefit.

William Gorman, PurinaCare’s National Director of Group Sales, will lead the nationwide effort to inform employee groups and associates about the benefits.
