EBSA Announces Fiduciary Seminar in Philadelphia
July 28, 2010 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - The U.S. Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) is taking its “Getting It Right – Know Your Fiduciary Responsibilities” seminar to Philadelphia.

The free retirement plan seminar is September 15 at the Radisson Plaza Warwick Hotel, 1701 Locust St.
The seminar is part of EBSA’s national fiduciary education campaign to increase awareness and understanding of basic responsibilities associated with operating private sector retirement plans. Partners include the Society for Human Resource Management, National Federation of Independent Business, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and U.S. Small Business Administration.
Registration is first-come, first-served, with limited spaces available. Those who wish to attend should contact Pat Humphlett by email at humphlett.patricia@dol.gov.
