Both will lead global operations for their respective areas and will report directly to Chairman and CEO Dale Gifford.
Doyle joined the company in 1984, and under his leadership the outsourcing business has acquired a 30% share of the market, according to the company (see Hewitt, Exult Shareholders Make it Official ). Brandorff has been with the company for 23 years and was most recently the manager of Hewitt’s European operations.
Also involved in the reshuffling, Daniel Holland – COO and manager of the company’s North American region – will retire at the end of September after 31 years with the company. In other news, Kevin Campbell, who joined the company following its acquisition of Exult and led Hewitt’s outsourcing sales and accounts since October 2004, is leaving the firm. Campbell will join Accenture, where he worked for 17 years before moving to Hewitt, according to a press release from Accenture. He will manage the company’s business of running back-office operations for other companies, the company said. He will report to Joellin Comerford, the CEO of the outsourcing business. Prior to that he was president and chief operating officer of Exult Inc., which was bought by Hewitt last year (see Hewitt Absorbs Exult ).
