Morgan Stanley Creating Pensions, E&F Team

April 6, 2010 (PLANSPONSOR.com) – Morgan Stanley has announced a newly created sales and trading team that will focus on U.S. pensions, endowments, and foundations.

The new team “will focus on providing content and capital markets solutions to select chief investment officers through a single point of contact,” according to an internal memo obtained by Dow Jones Newswires. A person familiar with the situation told Dow Jones Newswires the firm will be building the team over the next few months.

Morgan Stanley has appointed Sandy Haas to lead the team. Haas, an 11-year veteran of the bank, will be the contact person for CIOs at mutual funds, pension funds, and endowments.
