Administaff Acquires Time and Attendance Solutions Provider
According to a press release, Galaxy Technologies is a provider of time and attendance software solutions delivered in both a Software as a Service (SaaS) model and as a licensed software product. Serving more than 1,500 customers with over 350,000 employees, the company provides products and services to track, allocate, analyze and control labor resources.
Existing management and staff will continue to oversee operations of Administaff’s new Galaxy Technologies division.
“Time and attendance solutions are highly synergistic with our core human resources services. Galaxy Technologies’ offering, along with our recently acquired expense management software, solidifies our growing line of SaaS products,” said Paul J. Sarvadi, Administaff chairman of the board and chief executive officer, in the announcement.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
