Amex Participant Site Revamped

April 10, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Participants in retirement plans provided by American Express Retirement Services will now get to see their account assets portrayed in charts as part of a Web site revamping.

In addition to a more visual representation of account data, American Express notes that the new Workplace Retirement Account Web site features:

  • easier navigation with pull-down menus
  • a streamlined site structure with fewer pages
  • an account history view allowing participants to specify a data range for account activity. Participants can also filter and sort transactions by a variety of other criteria.
  • an account balance page that features a variety of new fund data, including ticker symbol, percentage of total balance, daily change in Net Asset Value, and performance against a benchmark.

The account history feature is available to plans on the new BlueStar service platform.
