APC Names Forbes to Head Actuarial Department
August 2, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Associated Pension Consultants (APC), a pension firm servicing the Northern California and Northern Nevada regions, has hired Rick Forbes to head up the actuarial department at their corporate office in Chico, California.

According to the announcement, Forbes brings 25+ years of Defined Benefit experience to the seasoned staff of APC.
