AUL SVP of Retirement Business Named LIMRA Chairman

Tindall, senior vice president of Retirement Services at
American United Life Insurance Co has been elected chairman
of the LIMRA International Board of Directors for
2002.

Tindall has served on the LIMRA board since 1999.
After graduating from the University of Puget Sound, Tindall worked with the Kemper Insurance Group in various personal and commercial lines underwriting positions.
He joined Mass Mutual in 1970 as a pension sales representative and held a series of sales management positions until 1987, when he was appointed vice president, pension management marketing. In 1993 he assumed the position of senior vice president, pension management sales.
In 1997 he joined AUL as senior vice president in charge of their retirement services business.
He is a past director and president of the Boston CLU/ChFC Chapter, past director of the Northeastern Insurance Institute, and has served as Chair of LIMRA’s Retirement and Investment Committee.
