2021 Service Stars
Five individuals and five teams from the retirement plan provider community have been selected as 2021 PLANSPONSOR Service Stars.
The PLANSPONSOR Service Star Awards program recognizes the retirement plan account representatives and relationship managers who, in the words of their plan sponsor clients, have demonstrated exemplary service.
Plan sponsors responding to the 2020 PLANSPONSOR Defined Contribution (DC) Survey—results of which were published as the 2020 PLANSPONSOR Best in Class DC Providers Survey and 2020 PLANSPONSOR DC Plan Benchmarking Survey—singled out their recordkeeper representatives by name and gave specific examples of why they were nominating them. The five individuals and five teams noted below were then selected by the PLANSPONSOR Research and Surveys group, which reviewed the 716 nominations and plan sponsor comments. Service Stars are chosen for excellence in a range of service areas.
