Bowne Offers 401(k) Packets On Demand

and providers can benefit from "just in time" delivery of
defined contribution enrollment materials, courtesy of
"Documents On Demand" (DOD) from Bowne Digital
Solutions.

DOD offers Web-based access to a central repository where content can be accessed and edited around the clock. The process allows for the start-to-finish completion of kits within 24 to 48 hours – including the creation, sharing, submitting, viewing and editing of kits via the Internet during the document’s life cycle.
Delaware Investments is the first client for the new service.
Julia Vander Els, Vice President of Delaware Investments’ Retirement Financial Services notes that the new service has cut production times from 5-6 days to 1-2 days, and expects significant cost savings as a result.
