Companies Saying “Bah, Humbug” to Holiday Parties
November 27, 2012 (PLANSPONSOR.com) – More than half (52%) of senior managers surveyed said their company is not holding a holiday party this year.

Forty-four percent indicated they are having a holiday party, and 4% do not know, according to the survey by OfficeTeam.
When asked if they enjoy the company holiday party, three-quarters of executives (79%) and employees (75%) whose companies have holiday parties said yes, while 21% and 22%, respectively, said no.
The manager survey included interviews with 1,014 senior managers at U.S. companies with 20 or more employees. The survey of workers included responses from 404 working adults 18 years of age or older and employed in office environments.You Might Also Like:
