Credit Suisse Adds Fund Loads
November 8, 2001 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Following the
integration of the Warburg Pincus Asset Management and DLJ
Asset Management units, Credit Suisse Asset Management's
mutual funds will be changed from a no-load to a load
structure.
Reported by Camilla Klein
In addition, in line with the group’s branding strategy, the group will drop Warburg Pincus from the fund names.
The funds will be known as Credit Suisse Funds, effective December 12, 2001. Certain fund names will also change to more accurately describe their investment discipline.
Existing fund shareholders of record as of December 12 will generally maintain their current purchase, exchange, and redemption privileges, the company said.
