Crystal Hover Leaves Aon to Launch Wellness Consulting Firm
Hoover started her new business as a solution for what she says is a void in the wellness space. According to a press release, the company develops strategic, out-of-the-box solutions for U.S. and multi-national employers looking to create or reinvigorate wellness in both their culture and benefits offering.
Kitchen Table also provides a full range of health, wellness, productivity and underwriting/actuarial consulting services for all varieties of benefit plans and funding arrangements.
And the genesis for the name Kitchen Table Consulting? “In my family,” said Hover, “most major issues were resolved openly and honestly at our kitchen table when I was growing up. I took that frame of reference with me in to the work environment and, over the years, clients and colleagues would often ask to get to my kitchen table for discussions. It was a natural progression to meld my ‘Kitchen Table’ style with my business model.”
