DoL Offers Another Opportunity to "Get it Right"

of Labor's Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA)
plans to sponsor another of its free compliance assistance
seminars.

“Getting It Right – Know Your Fiduciary Responsibilities”, a retirement plan compliance assistance seminar for small businesses, will be offered on July 1 at the Marines’ Memorial Club & Hotel in San Francisco, California.
This seminar is part of EBSA’s national fiduciary education campaign to increase awareness and understanding of basic responsibilities associated with operating private sector retirement plans. Partners include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Society for Human Resource Management, the National Federation of Independent Business and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
