about

During open enrollment season, plan sponsors want to be sure employees select the benefits that result in their best health and financial wellness outcomes. Health savings accounts (HSAs) can be an important tool to boost these outcomes, whether by helping employees pay for current health needs or by allowing them to save for future expenses. But first, it is important for them to understand how HSAs can address their total well-being.

Whether you are offering HSAs for the first time or have already been doing so, PLANSPONSOR’s 2021 Virtual HSA Review will give you the knowledge you need to communicate about the benefit to employees and ideas for how to increase employee engagement for optimal results. Advisers can also learn about this fast-growing benefit option and about how HSAs can fit into their practice, allowing them to provide a valuable service to clients and their employees.

The conference agenda aims to help plan sponsors and advisers learn how to best oversee and support HSAs. Topics to be discussed include:

  • How HSAs operate;
  • Plan sponsor duties with regard to HSAs and their investments; and
  • Messaging to increase employee use of and engagement with HSAs

A special session for advisers will cover how to include HSA-related services in your practice and key partners to work with.

Plan sponsors and advisers, register now to attend PLANSPONSOR’s 2021 Virtual HSA Review!
