Hewitt Announces Four Consulting Management Appointments

has tapped four executives for management positions in its
consulting business.

According to a Hewitt news release, the latest appointments include:
- Monica Burmeister as global chief of Consulting Operations: Burmeister has held numerous leadership positions during her 30-year tenure with Hewitt, including the head of Hewitt’s Global Benefits Consulting business, as well as leader of Hewitt’s Retirement and Financial Management (RFM) business. Most recently, she led Hewitt’s North American Consulting operations.
- Richele Soja as North American Consulting leader: In her new role, Soja will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the Consulting business in North America. Prior to her latest appointment, Soja was the North American Client Accounts leader for Hewitt’s Benefits Outsourcing business. She has been with Hewitt for 15 years.
- Andrew Bell as global leader of Hewitt’s Talent & Organization Consulting (TOC) business: Most recently, Bell was the TOC leader for Hewitt’s Asia-Pacific region. He will be located in Sydney, Australia.
- Joanne Dahm as North American practice leader of TOC: Dahm will have similar responsibilities to Bell’s in the North American region. Prior to her appointment as North American practice leader, she led the selling and marketing efforts for Hewitt’s TOC business. She also helped build Hewitt’s Sales Effectiveness practice and has recently focused on building TOC’s presence in the federal sector.
