KTRADE Adopts iJoin’s Enrollment, Education Tools

iJoin, a provider of mobile enrollment, engagement and independent participant analytics solutions for retirement plans, announced a partnership with North American KTRADE Alliance LLC (KTRADE).

KTRADE, an independent recordkeeper, is composed of 14 retirement plan third-party administrator (TPA) member firms that cooperate nationally and support a common 401(k) recordkeeping operation.

iJoin’s technologies are designed to create better participant and employer experiences and drive better outcomes by enhancing and streamlining the enrollment experience for plan participants while supporting financial advisers with analytics tools. In addition to its enrollment experience, iJoin offers simple education and messaging to engage participants and quantifiable plan success metrics for plan sponsors, recordkeepers and advisers.
