Mercer Adds Health and Benefits Consultant
In this new position, Schnier will be responsible for helping clients maximize the value of their employee benefits programs. She will report to Casandra Tate Mahoney, Milwaukee office leader, and will work with her to grow Mercer’s client relationships and expand awareness of Mercer’s Health and Benefits consulting services and solutions.
Schnier has more than 24 years of benefit consulting and related industry experience. She joins Mercer from Aon Hewitt, where she served as senior benefits consultant for the Milwaukee market. Prior to Aon Hewitt, she held leadership positions of increasing responsibility at Hausman-Johnson Insurance, Willis HRH, Blue Cross Blue Shield United of Wisconsin and Catholic Knights Insurance Society.
Schnier has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Humane Animal Welfare Society of Waukesha County and is a member of the Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce.
