Paychex Launches Mobile App for iPad

December 5, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.com) – Paychex, Inc. launched the Paychex mobile app for the Apple iPad.

The free, secure app includes a new landing page and message center. Employers and their employees can sign-in once to access the full suite of Paychex online payroll, human resources and benefits products.

With the app, Paychex clients have access to all products, including online payroll, online reports, Paychex Time and Labor Online, 401(k) and health insurance. Also, the iPad app gives employees of Paychex clients the ability to access and make changes to their 401(k) and flexible spending account (FSA) information from an iPad, along with access to products such as W-2s and pay stubs.

Use of the Paychex Online Mobile app requires a Paychex Online Single Sign-on account. Once registered, the same single user name and password used to gain access on a laptop or PC is also used for tablet access. There’s no additional setup or different login. Employers don’t have to use the tablet app for their employees to use it. If the employer has a single sign-on account, an employee can gain access to the tablet app with a user name and password provided by the client’s administrator.
