Principal Group VP To Head NIPA

National Institute of Pension Administrators
(NIPA).

A veteran employee at the Principal, first employed in 1973 as a plan administrator, Gersie is currently a vice president in the group?s defined contribution plan market segment, covering plans with $5-$25 million in assets.
NIPA, which has more than 600 members nationwide, provides education and professional designation programs for retirement plan professionals with the goal of helping members to improve the quality and efficiency of plan administration and consulting.
The position is effective July 1, 2001.
