Segal Offers Compliance Calendars for Plan Sponsors
The latest version of The Segal Company’s annual calendar for single-employer plans summarizes reporting and disclosure requirements for 2015. The calendar is an at-a-glance compilation of forms, schedules and notices that retirement and health benefit plan sponsors must file with each agency or organization—the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Department of Labor (DOL), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC)—with a separate list of disclosures required by the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
The calendar lists and describes forms to file, filing deadlines and which plan types must file them. It also indicates who must file and whether copies must be provided to plan participants.

The Segal Company also prepared a 2015 Reporting & Disclosure Calendar for Multiemployer Plans, with information and deadlines on compliance issues including:
- New requirements introduced through the Affordable Care Act;
- Filing rules for the PBGC; and
- DOL and IRS Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service requirements.
