SEI Taps Karl Dasher As CIO

has named Karl Dasher Chief Investment Officer
(CIO).

In the position, Dasher will head up SEI’s investment management unit in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France and Hong Kong and will oversee the investment process. Prior to accepting the latest appointment, Dasher served as the managing director of SEI’s continental European business, according to a report on IPE.com.
Dasher takes over the post from Ed Loughlin, who remains president of SEI Asset Management. The firm also named Greg Stahl as chief investment strategist. Stahl will also continue head its London-based investment management unit.
