State Street Appoints Head of Kansas City Operations
February 28, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - State Street Corporation has announced the appointment of Tom Forrester as managing director and head of its operations in Kansas City, Missouri.

Forrester will be responsible for growing and developing State Street’s businesses and services, supporting mutual fund, pension fund, insurance company and asset manager relationships.
According to the announcement, Forrester joined State Street in 1988 and has held a number of leadership positions in investor services, strategy development and corporate trust. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics from Brown University.
State Street’s Kansas City operations have grown to more than 1,500 employees since its acquisition of Investors Fiduciary Trust Co. from DST Systems Inc. in 1995, the announcement said.
