Summit Alliance Division to Focus on Executive Comp

September 6, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Summit Alliance Financial has joined forces with Michael G. Goldstein and W. Garrett McDaniel, to form a new division, Summit Alliance Executive Benefits, LLC.

 

According to the announcement, Summit Alliance Executive Benefits will provide sales and marketing expertise, situational analysis, design services, and ongoing program consultation on non-qualified deferred compensation, equity-based compensation and other related benefit issues to help corporations create programs designed to retain key management.

The new entity will work with all manner of companies across America: large and small, public and private.

Michael Goldstein, formerly Senior Vice president and National Director of Strategic Development at Clark Consulting will serve as the CEO and President for Summit Alliance Executive Benefits.  He will maintain offices in Newport Beach, California and at Summit Alliance Corporate Headquarters in Dallas, Texas. 

Garrett McDaniel, formerly Managing Director at Clark Consulting, will serve as Executive Vice-President and Director of Institutional Relationships and will operate primarily from the office located at 245 Park Avenue – 24th Floor, New York, New York 10167.

Aon Hewitt Appoints New National Communication Lead

September 6, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Aon Hewitt has announced that Vincenzo Ciampi has joined the firm as a vice president and the new national lead for communication, part of the Canadian talent, rewards and communication practice. 

 

In his new role, Ciampi and his team will assist clients across Canada with defining and sharing their employee value proposition, and “creating strategic communication that not only informs employees but inspires them to take appropriate action,” according to the announcement.

Prior to joining Aon Hewitt, Ciampi worked at a large national insurance company where he held various positions in corporate strategy, external communications/branding and national relationships, developing a reputation as a specialist in each of these fields. Before that, he was employed by a global information technology and business process outsourcing firm, working in business development support, strategic investments, and post-merger integrations. 

Ciampi is headquartered in Montreal, but will spend time in all of Aon Hewitt’s 12 Canadian offices, as needed. His appointment is effective immediately.
