Sunlife Enhances Participant Services

Financial plans to roll out new services to members of its
employer-sponsored retirement plans early next
year.

The enhancements include a multi-language call center service, offering participants service in more than 150 languages.
In addition, call center hours will be extended from 8am to 8pm, and new online service will be implemented that will provide around the clock assistance to employees accessing their group retirement plan.
The new bilingual Web-Assist Service also provides personal identification number resets and browser support to plan members.
The site also enables plan members to:
- enroll online,
- access detailed account information
- conduct transactions
- make online RRSP lump sum contributions with direct debit, and
- access to Morningstar’s detailed fund information
