Benefits Group division of Sun Life Financial Inc. has

In addition, EAP by Design offers what SunLife says is the industry’s first plan specifically designed for business owners and their employees. A press release said EAP By Design – administered by ComPsych Corporation – is available with any Sun Life Group Life and Disability product.
The three tiers of EAP By Design, according to the press release, include:
- EAP Essential – which offers a wide range of EAP services, including legal, financial, work-life, and HR assistance resources, as well as confidential telephone counseling sessions and health risk assessments.
- EAP Complete – which provides a more comprehensive level of EAP services, including five face-to-face EAP visits with a local counselor, free online wills, one face-to-face visit with a financial planner, and critical incident stress debriefing.
- EAP Business Class – which includes a range of EAP services for employees as well as an extra level of services for the business owner, including access to a ComPsych team of legal, financial, marketing, human resources and personal health coach experts; a customized Web site; and identity-theft restoration services.
