TN Benefits Firms Merge
The two Tennessee-based benefit firms signed an agreement to merge effective March 15, 2004. The resulting firm will be known as Corporate Benefit Services, according to a news release.
“The combination with Johnson Benefits Group further strengthens our ability to deliver quality, cost effective employee benefit solutions to our clients,” Wayne Emery, founder and partner of Corporate Benefit Services said in a news release.
Corporate Benefit Services will retain its office in Brentwood, Tennessee and Johnson Benefits Group’s office in Nashville.
