Towle Tapped As NTGA CIO

Global Advisors has hired Margaret M. Towle as chief
investment officer.

Towle, who was most recently the founder/chief investment officer of Puget Sound Asset Management, replaces Will Green, who has retired, according to Dow Jones.
Northern Trust Global Advisors has approximately $13.9 billion in assets under management.
At Puget, she was responsible for overall investment strategy, portfolio management and new product development. Prior to founding Puget Sound Asset Management, Towle was chief executive of Towle Associates Inc.
