Two Pa. Benefits Consultants Announce Merger

October 9, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Two Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania benefits and compensation consultants have joined forces to form a new company called TBG Consulting, according to a media announcement.

The merger partners are the Todd Organization and Elliot Dinkin & Associates. .

The merged organization will be headquartered in Pittsburgh and will be allied with TBG Financial, Inc. of Los Angeles, the company announcement said.

According to the announcement, TBG Consulting will offer:

  • executive and employee benefit programs
  • compensation consulting
  • human resources outsourcing
  • client communications
  • executive and private client services
  • health and welfare benefits.
