USI Consulting Hires Associate VP and Actuary

May 23, 2013 (PLANSPONSOR.com) – USI Consulting Group hired Lisa Larsen as associate vice president and actuary.

Larsen has extensive experience working in the retirement planning industry, as an actuary and human resources consultant, and has 13 years of experience as an in-house corporate actuary involved in all types of benefit plans, both domestically and internationally. She was previously with a national actuarial firm for the last eight years and prior to that was the in-house actuary for Electronic Data Systems, a large multinational IT company in Texas.

Larsen has a B.S. degree in mathematics and an M.A. degree in actuarial mathematics from the University of Michigan. She is the director of Continuing Education for Enrolled Actuaries for the Actuaries’ Club of Hartford/Springfield and is a member and past treasurer of Worldwide Employee Benefits Network.
