Workers Stress over Work-Life Imbalance

May 20, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Seven out of ten workers responding to an online survey said they don't have a healthy work-life balance, while half of respondents said the home-office tension prompted them to get back in the job market.

The survey by TrueCareers, an online job board, found that 43% of those reporting the work-life imbalance blamed too many hours spent at the office.

Not only that, but some 36% said worrying about work when at home has prompted them to sacrifice a portion of their personal life.
